I now join with them, the ordering online was very easy, ordered at 10pm, had a booking call 11am, logs arrived following day.  The crate packing is densely packed, well packaged and plastic wrapped to protect from the rain.  I was suprised by how dry the logs were, much drier that store bought logs.  The smell is incredible and burn time is exceptional.  I have no reservations to purchase from them again in the future. My 2 meter by 1 meter log store is brimming with logs this hopefully gives you an idea of how much wood comes from one crate, also the second image shows the quality and size difference between shop bought and Randells, wow just wow!

						Politeness on the phone, on ordering and asking for an ETA, goods well packed and secure and waterproofed, delivered to where I wanted off the truck, only 1x small gripe a lot more expensive than the other company I was using, but you don't buy a roll's Royce for mini money.

						Brillaint company to deal with. Excellent service and great quality logs. Chris was very helpful from the first enquiry all the way through to the delivery. They don't just drop the pallet on the kerbside but moved it for me down my driveway to where I wanted it. Highly recommend them. Will definitely be using them in the future! The weatherproof cover is a great option when ordering the stacked crates if you don't have storage for the logs.
