Delvery service runs Monday – Friday between 9am-5pm.
Please note we cannot offer timed deliveries.

How do I order my logs?

Please order using our website – just select the products you want and checkout. Please remember our minimum order is £115.

How can I pay for my log order?

We accept payment by cash, credit, debit cards or PayPal. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal,  you may pay with a credit card or debit card.

 

Deliveries must be paid for in advance either by using our on-line shop and paying by PayPal, or calling the office and paying over the phone by credit or debit card, or by calling into the yard – where we accept payment by cash or card.

Will my logs be delivered?

We deliver up to 20 miles from our yard, minimum order £115. Please click here to check your address is within 20 miles of our yard.

Can I choose the time when my logs will be delivered?

Sorry – we can’t specify a delivery time. Your logs will be delivered between 9 and 5 (Monday to Friday) but you don’t need to be in when we deliver your order.

I live further than 20 miles from your yard - can you deliver my order?

Sorry – but Randalls only deliver up to 20 miles from our yard. However you can still order and collect your logs from our yard.

How will I know when my order is being delivered?

We confirm with our customers by phone or text message which day their order will be delivered  – so no surprise deliveries!​

Do I need to wait in for delivery?

No! You don’t need to wait in for your delivery, just let us know where you want it and we’ll do the rest. 

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

No!  No signature require​d!!

What vehicles do you use for delivery?

Our customers will receive our personal delivery service using our own vehicles.

I have a small driveway - can you deliver?

We use a 3.5 tonne delivery vehicle – as opposed to some other companies which deliver with a large 18 tonne vehicle – this allows us to deliver to customers with smaller driveways. If you have any concerns – then please let us know when we contact you to organise delivery.

Will you deliver my logs where I want them?

We provide a helpful alternative to a kerbside delivery, wherever possible and at the driver’s discretion.

We will do our best to put your delivery where you want it,  however we do not provide a stacking service.

Will my logs be loose tipped?

Our logs will be delivered in a crate – not loose tipped.​

Can you delivery my logs onto my drive or garage?

Our delivery vehicles use a hand pallet truck so we can delivery your order onto your driveway or into your garage. Or if the crate will fit through your side access, on to your patio!​​ Please note the hand pallet truck will only travel on level, hard standing ground.

Can my logs be delivered on to my property if I have a gravel drive?

Yes, providing you have no over hanging trees to obstruct us reversing on to your drive, please note though your logs will be left on the gravel as our pallet truck will not move on gravel.

I would rather collect my order instead of having it delivered - is that possible?

If you don’t want your order delivered or require a smaller quantity then please come to collect from our yard, which is open from 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday, Saturday 9.00am – 4.00pm  (please call first from May – August).
