We offer FREE delivery to addresses in England and Wales via our pallet network.
Delivery will arrive within 3 business days.
Please note a £170.00 minimum order value applies to online orders.
Delivery times
Our FREE delivery service operates Monday to Friday, between 8AM and 5PM. Your logs may arrive at any time during this window.
We will contact you to arrange to arrange a convenient delivery date once we receive your order.
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, as it depends on the driver’s route for the day.
If you prefer a morning (AM) or afternoon (PM) delivery slot, you can select this option at checkout for an additional £10.
Deliveries for customers in England & Wales
We have a large range of products available for customers throughout England and Wales.
All products, other than those marked for LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY are available to be delivered to England and Wales.
We do not offer free delivery to customers in Scotland – if you are based in Scotland and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will let you know the cost of your delivery.
Deliveries for local customers only
All our products can be delivered to any address in England and Wales – but some products can only be delivered to LOCAL customers (these are clearly marked for LOCAL delivery).
Please check your delivery distance by entering your postcode below to check you live within 20 miles of our warehouse.
Kerbside delivery
Your logs will arrive on a pallet, delivered by an 18-tonne lorry (about the same size as a bin lorry) to a kerbside location.
Your pallet will be moved by a manually operated pump truck, we cannot deliver pallets on gravel drives, steep hills or to locations not at ground level. The lorry does not have a crane and so we cannot lift the pallet over walls, fences, gates or hedges.
If a safe, accessible point is available for a pump truck, the driver may, at their discretion, leave the pallet there, but this is not guaranteed.
Someone must be available at the delivery point to receive the pallet.

Delivery address access
If you have difficult access i.e. narrow lanes, overhanging trees, vehicle weight limits, height limits etc. we may be able to help, by using a smaller delivery vehicle which may take longer for your delivery to arrive.
